Preheat & Prep:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
Chop nuts and dried fruit into small, bite-sized pieces.
Mix the Dry Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped nuts, and dried fruit.
Stir well to evenly distribute the ingredients.
Melt & Mix Wet Ingredients:
In a saucepan, heat honey (or maple syrup) and peanut butter over low heat.
Stir continuously until fully combined and smooth.
Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract.
Combine & Press into a Pan:
Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients.
Stir until all ingredients are fully coated.
Transfer the mixture into the lined pan and press it down firmly using a spatula or the back of a spoon.
Bake, Cool & Slice:
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes until slightly golden.
Let the bars cool completely before slicing into squares or rectangles.
