Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats Use gluten-free oats if needed
  • ½ cup Honey or Maple Syrup Adjust for sweetness
  • ½ cup Peanut Butter Swap with almond or cashew butter
  • ½ cup Chopped Nuts Walnuts, almonds, or pecans
  • ½ cup Dried Fruit Raisins, cranberries, or dates
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Optional but adds flavor
  • ¼ cup Dark Chocolate Chips Optional for a sweet touch

Instructions
 

  • Preheat & Prep:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
  • Chop nuts and dried fruit into small, bite-sized pieces.
  • Mix the Dry Ingredients:
  • In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped nuts, and dried fruit.
  • Stir well to evenly distribute the ingredients.
  • Melt & Mix Wet Ingredients:
  • In a saucepan, heat honey (or maple syrup) and peanut butter over low heat.
  • Stir continuously until fully combined and smooth.
  • Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract.
  • Combine & Press into a Pan:
  • Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients.
  • Stir until all ingredients are fully coated.
  • Transfer the mixture into the lined pan and press it down firmly using a spatula or the back of a spoon.
  • Bake, Cool & Slice:
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes until slightly golden.
  • Let the bars cool completely before slicing into squares or rectangles.
