- 1 head Napa cabbage
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1- inch piece of ginger grated
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 cup protein chicken, tofu, pork, etc.
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds for garnish
Prepare the Napa Cabbage: Wash and chop into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a Pan: Add sesame oil to a hot pan.
Sauté Garlic & Ginger: Stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add Protein: Cook until browned.
Toss in Napa Cabbage: Stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
Season: Add soy sauce and mix well.
Finish & Serve: Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!
