- 1 kg 2.2 lbs pork (or beef), cut into chunks
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 large onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 4 cups water
- 2 tbsp pickling spices
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 bay leaves
Cut the pork or beef into bite-sized chunks.
