Instructions
1.Mix the Honey:
In a clean mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of raw honey with 1 tablespoon of seed honey.
Stir thoroughly until the seed honey is evenly distributed.
2.Store & Wait:
Transfer the honey mixture into a sterilized jar.
Cover loosely with a lid and store at a cool temperature (around 55°F (13°C)).
Let it sit for 7 days, stirring every 1–2 days to encourage even crystallization.
